FAQ
SMOKING
The entire facility is strictly non-smoking.
For smokers, there are generally accessible places in the open air, i.e. terraces, tables and lounge suites in the garden, a beer garden in the Vis a Vis restaurant.
ANIMALS
We do not accept animals. However, there is a hotel for animals in Kudowa. At your request, we will advise you and help you in contact.
PAYMENT
Payment is required at check-in. You can pay by card at the reception and in the restaurant.
CLEANING
Additional room cleaning is possible upon request at the reception the day before. Please report the change of towels or other requests in advance at the reception.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
The hotel day starts at 2 p.m. and ends at 10 a.m.
Check-in after 22.00 is possible after prior arrangement with the reception. If you plan to come earlier, it is great, we invite you to our restaurant Vis a Vis. We will try to provide you with a room as soon as possible.
PARKING
There is a free, monitored, unguarded parking lot for guests next to the facility. We also have a separate parking lot for coaches. We do not guarantee parking spaces for all guests. There are additional free parking spaces next to the building, along the main street.
CHILDREN
Children up to 3 years of age sleeping in one bed with their parents stay free of charge.
SUPPLIES
At the client's request, it is possible to add beds to the room. A hotel extra bed costs PLN 50 / day
SPA FEE
There is a health resort tax in the amount of:
- people over 16 years of age PLN 4 / day
- children up to 15 years of age PLN 2 / day
The fee is added to the bill and collected at check-in at the reception.
CAFE AND RESTAURANT
The hotel's Vis a Vis café and restaurant is at your disposal offering aromatic, strong coffee, a la carte dishes, cold drinks, drinks and much more.

Through our website you can order, among others a bouquet of fresh flowers or prosecco to welcome you to your room.

FIRE
A huge advantage of our facility is a huge area and wonderful gardens with a pond with fish, a beach ball pitch and a dedicated place for a bonfire.
The cost of preparing a fire with a tree is PLN 150 / party. You can also grill on the grass on your own, taking precautions.
